Stayed at the San Luis resort hotel for the Labor day weekend. Although the hotel amenities were nice, the steam room for men was out of order. However, my biggest complaint about this hotel is that it is not family friendly with the drunken out of control guests in the jacuzzi and the water fall area of the water slide. Couples literally going at it sexually, in plain view of young children. Inappropriate touching, stroking, fondling and staddling right in front of young boys and girls 5 to 12 yo , with "security" walking around and not calling them on their behavior.
Makes for a cheap and sleazy environment. Not even for grown up couples. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly resort and are concerned you did not find this to be the case. Our room floor was soaking wet due to a leak apparently in the wall. We were given bathroom rugs to cover it. The dresser drawers wouldn't open because they were misaligned the balcony door was difficult to open. The sinks in the restroom were too low. The air conditioner was loud and dripped. We loved the location and the rest of the hotel is nice but with the room condition and unfriendly front desk were disappointing, it's definitely not worth the money.

Thank you again for your review and we hope to see you again soon. Our stay was pleasant. We only stayed one night. The parking situation is not convenient at all. There are no signs that direct you to the self parking garage. Valet parking was not organized partly because of the way the driveway is designed.
