Very good hotels with perfect service with best pool swimming and there is a good location with best staff over. The view of the restaurant is perfect because it is at the top flloors of the hotel. Swimming pool, sauna, and massage centers are not available all tehe times, and there is sex seperation in all sectors Dear Guest, We are really sorry due to your bad experience but we want to clarify some points.
Not inviting an outside guest to your private room is a rule which is requested by local security office in order to provide safety of guest. Secondly as you mentioned about sex separation for spa Center it is also because of Culture region. We hope to host under better conditions in future.
My family needed a few days of rest and relaxation after a very busy season. The Ramada was a wonderful place to spend this time. The staff were so accommodating to us and our two small children which really helped us to relax and enjoy our time there. The management and staff went above and beyond normal hotel hospitality and really took care of us. On top of this the hotel is new and has very nice facilities and rooms. The pool, hamam, and spa area were very refreshing and the breakfast buffet full of delicious options.
