I stayed in this hotel for two nights this past weekend June 5, June 6, This hotel is extremely overpriced. This hotel should really be 50 USD a night. They offer free airport pick up however, they were over an hour late for the pick up. When she told me that I was scratching my head afterwards, they offer 24hr pick up yet only offer airport drop off before 10pm? The lobby is very beautiful and it makes the hotel look more luxurious than it really is.
Although, the rooms were large, the walls were filthy and dark. Also, the second floor where my room was located had a strong smell of mold all over the lobby and the room. They have a medium size infinity pool on the second floor as well as a bar. The hotel has a casino attached to it and two restaurants. The only positives about this hotel are that overall service was good and that there were like 8 hookers sitting on the chairs in the lobby after 11pm on Saturday for those who patronizes their services you know who you are.
In conclusion, this is considered the best hotel in Santiago which makes me wonder how the worse one looks. People at the front desk had smiles on their faces and were very professional. Valet parking was included with my room. This is one of the only hotels in Santiago with a pool. Pool was nice, nice views of the mountains from the pool, which is on the third floor.
